GOM Partners

The City approved a contract with GOM Partners for development of a mixed use development on 17.4 acres of property. A 45,000 sf medical office building opened in 2005 and a second 45,000 sf medical office building was begun in the third quarter of 2006.

The project will also include three two-story office buildings. Building 1 is a 22,900 sf building for a national construction company. Buildings 2 and 3 are multi-tenant 20,300 sf each and do not have tenants at this time. The developer projects construction will begin in Spring 2007.
