The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on December 6, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-446] to rezone approximately 4.8 acres located along Burnt Knob Road and Veterans Parkway from RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District 15) to CH (Highway Commercial District).  The application is being made by Jayen Properties Partnership, whose representative, Mr. Prashant Patel, may be contacted at (615)-364-1811 for additional information.  Copies of the application are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
