Legal Notice of Public Hearings

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on December 4, 2019 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider a petition for annexation [2019-515] and the adoption of a Plan of Services for approximately 1.6 acres located along Yearwood Avenue.  Included in the annexation is approximately 650 linear feet of Yearwood Avenue right-of-way.  The petition is being made by Greenland Partners, LLC, whose representative, Mr. Rob Molchan of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615)-890-7901 for additional information.  A copy of the Plan of Services is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall, and it is anticipated that a copy will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on December 4, 2019 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W.
