The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on February 6, 2019 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2019-402] to rezone approximately 2.79 acres located along Sulphur Springs Road, West Kingwood Drive, and Elliott Drive from RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District 15) to PRD (Planned Residential District).  The purpose of the requested PRD (Sulphur Springs Point PRD) is to allow a 25-unit single-family attached (townhome) development.
