The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on April 4, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2018-407] to rezone approximately 0.42 acres located along North Maple Street from R-D (Duplex Residential District) to PRD (Planned Residential District).  The proposed change is to allow two single-family, detached dwellings on one lot of record.  The application is being made by Blue Sky Construction, whose representative, Mr. Rob Molchan of SEC, Inc., may be contacted at (615)-890-7901 for additional information.  Copies of the application and the PRD pattern book are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall and it is anticipated that they will be posted on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov the week of the public hearing.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
