The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on October 4, 2017 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2017-437] to rezone approximately 29.8 acres located along Stones River Mall Boulevard from RM-22 (Residential Multi-Family District 22) to P (Park District).  The application is being made by the City of Murfreesboro Administration Department, whose representative, Mr. Jim Crumley, may be contacted at (615)-849-2629 for additional information.  Copies of the application are available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
