The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on November 7, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2018-726] to abandon an approximately 310 linear-foot segment of Cedar View Drive right-of-way.  The application is being made by Mr. Larry Gilliland, whose representative, Mr. Clyde Rountree of Huddleston-Steele Engineering, Inc., may be contacted at (615)-893-4084.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on November 7, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on November 7, 2018 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee to consider an application [2018-807] to amend Murfreesboro City Code Appendix A – Zoning, Section 7, Site Plan Review.  The purpose of this amendment is to establish thresholds for Planning Commission and Administrative review of site plans.  A copy of the amendment is available for review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall.  Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Murfreesboro Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on November 7, 2018, in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 111 W. Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, regarding amendments [2018-805] to Map 4.2, Future Land Use, of the Murfreesboro 2035 Comprehensive Plan, prior to considering them for adoption.  Proposed amendments will update the Future Land Use Map to correspond with rezonings that have been approved through June 30, 2018.  Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public review in the office of the Planning Director in City Hall as well as on the City’s web page at www.murfreesborotn.gov.   Interested parties may also obtain additional information by calling the Murfreesboro Planning Staff at (615)-893-6441.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
