LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Application Z-20-034 by Ms. Amphorn Facunla, is requesting a special use permit in order to conduct a home occupation (a beauty shop) at her residence located at 1065 Warrior Drive. The property is located in a Residential Single-Family (RS-15) zone. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public meeting during which all interested parties will have an opportunity to ask questions, express opposition, or express support regarding this application. For further information, please contact the Planning Department at (615)-893-6441.

If you wish to speak during an electronic public hearing(s), please contact Brenda Davis at (615) 893-6441 or bdavis@murfreesborotn.gov by 4:00 pm the business day before the scheduled public hearing, to arrange participation in the public hearing remotely by video or audio. Individuals who provide the necessary information by this time will be sent an email with electronic access instructions and will be permitted to speak either via the Zoom app or by phone. Individuals who have arranged to speak are strongly encouraged to download the Zoom app to their computer, tablet, or phone in advance of the meeting.
