AM Boot Camp

High-intensity class designed to increase your muscle strength and endurance, and help shed unwanted pounds.  Every workout includes strength training exercises with cardio exercises to give you a whole-body workout.  Workouts vary.  For ages 16+.

Busy Bees Class (for kids)

A children's class (ages 3-5) where they play physically active games. The instructor plays music and is engaged with them.

Burn 2.0


More challenging version of the Metabolic Burn class, using heavier weights with short bursts of cardio training. 

Deka-Strong

A functional fitness full-body workout...8 Zones require basic essential movements (core, mobility, agility and coordination) on a consistent basis. The class consists of 2 rounds incorporating strength and power and a core finisher. 

"Dirty 30"

Power-packed workout that will challenge your whole body!  Workout consists of doing 30 reps or 30 second intervals of body-weight exercises or using dumbbell weights to improve balance, strength, agility and endurance.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Forever Fit


Specifically designed for men and women over the age of 50. This class will improve your cardiovascular capacity, muscle strength, as well as your flexibility. 

Metabolic Burn


Short intense bouts of strength and cardio training followed by short periods of rest. This style of training helps the body burn calories and fat throughout the day. 

Saturday Surprise


Start your weekend with a workout! Join us for a weekly rotation of some of your favorite classes. Scheduling will vary from month to month. 

Sit & Get Fit


Energetic class doing aerobic, strength training and stretching exercises while seated in a chair…moving to music!

Step-n-Sculpt


Have fun while giving your heart a great workout then sculpt key muscle groups using free weights. Abdominal work is also included in this full-body workout.

Tai Chi


Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese discipline consisting of slow movements and postures done in a fluid and relaxed manner. It is used to reduce stress, improve muscle strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and agility, as well as the feeling of well being. For ages 15+.

Thrash & Bash


Full-body cardio workout infused with isometric moves and strength training using drum sticks.

Wild Wednesdays


Join us for a midweek mix-up!  Add some variety in your weekly workout routine with a monthly rotation of some of your favorite classes.  Every month will be a cardio and strength blended class.

Yoga


A peaceful class to focus on improving your balance, flexibility and core strength while reducing stress.  For all fitness levels.

Zumba®


Ditch the workout...join the party!  Zumba is a dynamic and fun dance-based fitness program, using premarily Latin music.
